Ohio Children's Foundation Recipient
Cincinnati, Ohio - November 2024 – Winn Reading is excited to announce that we have distributed 200 Literacy Bags to preschoolers in the west side of Cincinnati, thanks to a generous grant from the Ohio Children's Foundation.
The Literacy Bags were provided to students at Oyler, Carson, Roberts, Rees E. Price, and Rising Stars Cheviot Westwood schools to support early literacy development. Each bag contained a book to reinforce the alphabet, alphabet flashcards, a pencil, crayons, a bookmark, an alphabet chart, and a write/draw journal, equipping young learners with essential tools to build foundational literacy skills.
Winn Reading extends its heartfelt gratitude to the Ohio Children's Foundation for their support in fostering early childhood literacy and helping prepare students for lifelong learning.

Last year we were able to give out books during Read Across America Week. It is such an important thing to share the little minds early on.
